Getting started is simple.
After an initial conversation about what you are trying to accomplish, we look at the basic documentation to get a
feel for the project and build an appropriate preliminary scope. The scope of work generally consists of the extent of the area to visualize, level of detail, architectural complexity, number of views, type of
deliverable, and production schedule. Scope is refined and adjusted through additional conversation before the contract is finalized and approved.
Contracts are usually structured as fixed price with a clear scope of work. For a more flexible design study, where
scope is not well defined, we work on Time Basis.
We typically work with CAD documentation sketches, material samples, and site photography. We can also use 3D
models supplied by our clients.
